The Diatribe, a youth centered creative writing nonprofit, is bringing nationally recognized poets to Grand Rapids for their inaugural Grand Showcase event on October 6th 2018. The event features Andrea Gibson, Siaara Freeman, T. Miller, area youth poets, and some of Grand Rapids’ most talented spoken word poets. DJ SuperDre will be the featured DJ for the evening. Various books of poetry will be available for purchase at the event as well.
