The Hoot is an annual fundraiser to benefit the good work of local hands. "HOOTstock" will be the the theme for our 2020 version, as it is the 50th anniversary of Woodstock. All proceeds will benefit Courtyard Concerts and help to fund music in the Tri-Cities throughout the year. Wearing your sixties gear and you could win the Beads and Bell-bottoms contest! The winner will receive a $50 gift card to Seven Steps Up.
